Many digital adoptions professional are 1-man bands, or 1-person bands if you will. Like Bert, from Mary Poppins playing that instrument thing. But if you’re lucky enough to work as a team of more than 1, then I have 3 tips to ensure you’re successful.
Solution as a Team
Bring each other in a projects, don’t silo yourselves and say “Hey Jim you work with the Salesforce teams and I’ll work with the Workday teams. Instead solution together. The more you solution together, the more you’ll be able to pick up more advanced building techniques, like iframes and jquery, as well as more creative solutions.
Use the Buddy System
The buddy system works by having one person do the building for a walk-thru or piece of content, and another builder doing the QA for the walk-thru. The extra set of eyes really brings out a lot of room for improvement, and once again, you’re able to learn from each other.
Share your successes
