🔥🔥 Gartner’s list of updated #competencies for #virtual selling includes the category of “Digital Dexterity” 🔥🔥
I personally loved the distinction between:
➡️ The Ability to Work Digitally
➡️ The Ambition to Work Digitally
Gartner says of digital dexterity 🗣
“The combination of a seller’s ambition and ability to effectively apply the technology to improve business outcomes”
With a #DigitalAdoptionPlatform like WalkMe™, it is so easy to provide users with the “Ability” to become power users across their tech stack with guidance, hyper-automation and cross-platform workflow support.
However, if there is one thing that working in #LnD has taught me is that training cannot solve for “behavior” and supporting a user's “ambition” to reach these outcomes across their tech stack requires a bit more finesse with a digital adoption platform.
But here's how you can do both with #DAP:
➡️ Before you build a single smart tip or walk-thru, Define those technical dependencies to improve these business outcomes!!!!
➡️ Once you have those outcomes and tech dependencies, make it as EASY for your users as possible to improve those outcomes through HYPER-AUTOMATION and in-app guidance.
➡️ Use this as an opportunity to evaluate your tech stack! If it takes 12 steps to get anywhere within a platform…take it down to 2 or 1 with digital adoption automation. If it takes 15+ for anything…#evaluate if you need a better platform for your sales team!
➡️ Use DAP to evaluate user behavior and see where your users are fumbling within a process…then provide support to get them through to those outcomes!
