At Sprinklr, we create annual Learn2Grow plans, where we describe how we want to improve and grow not only as an employee and contributor to our company, but as a person.
I have used this plan to really reflect on how I want to use all of the resources provided for me such as Headspace, VirginPulse, Audible, LinkedIn Learning, and external training opportunities to become a better contributor, co-worker, friend, mom and wife!
