I took the Gallup Strengthfinder assessment last month and my top 5 strengths were:
I was upset since my goal is to initiate change and forward thinking with those around me, but I guess I’m not a “natural” at influencing people for the better.
Instead of resigning myself to not being an influence…It’s time to get to work!
By capitalizing on my strengths like positivity and futurist, I can continue to learn and grow and improve my skills in the influencing category like maximizing, communication, activator and command!
