When you only have limited resources and a heavy workload, how do you know what to prioritize without burning yourself out? 🥵

Here are my 3 tips to prioritize your #DigitalAdoption projects and avoid 🥵 burnout:

1. Start with the project that delivers the maximum value the quickest
2. Next prioritize by the number of users it impacts
3. Then by the amount of Resources you have, in terms of your team and in terms of the individuals who are sponsoring the request.

What does a heavily animated powerpoint, 3 weeks of preparation, and a set of false eyelashes have to do with pitching to passion? 🤔

Absolutely nothing apparently! 🤭

Which is what I learned 7 words into my conversation with a Senior Leader when I had to completely pivot my prepared pitch to align with her passion and goals for our teams! 😳
